Quick Movie Review – The Omen 3

Let’s wrap this upThe Omen 3.

Damien Thorn: Most people confuse evil with their own trivial lusts and perversions. Now, true evil is as pure as innocence.

While it’s nice to get away from child actors and lengthy build up to gimmick kills and onto an adult anti-Christ, the movie still sticks to rather mundane murders and an undefined promise of more evil, rather than trying for a greater scale.  Most of the secondary characters are boring, especially the ostensible heroes, and even coming from Sam Neill the Satanic prayers and talk of the “Nazarene” come off as kind of hokey, rather than ominous.
